Fine Print: Technology glitches do occur and sometimes theses sites are down or, in Twitter speak, having an EPIC FAIL moment. Simply follow the instructions below:

1. Log-in to your Paypal account.

2. Click on the Send Payment tab, which you can find in the upper portion of your screen.

3. Select Personal Payments.

4. Choose Payment Owed.

6. Specify the amount you will send.
